Intern, Purchasing and Procurement

The Purchasing Intern assists with a variety of activities within the department including, Invoice Reconciliation, PO Receiving, and general purchasing activities.

Main Assignments:
  • Invoice reconciliation to purchase orders
  • Process inventory receipts
  • Assist with PREF, CC, and other reporting needs
  • Attend meetings and interact with other departments weekly
  • Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this role, but there is a potential opportunity for 50/50 remote work
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
  • Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from an accredited university with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and/or Accounting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required; excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication and people skills
