Graphic Design Intern
Responsible for the implementation of the design strategy for our internal communications, including but not limited to flyers, posters, website graphics, and other projects. The junior graphic designer will work closely with the all Corporate Departments on a variety of initiatives for our brand refresh.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist all aspects of the creative process
- Designs and creates both online and offline marketing materials in both printed and digital formats, including: posters, flyers, multi-page collateral, digital videos, online display ads, newsletters and various other components requested by the Corporate Departments
- Influences and elevates the internal branding by working to engage a large audience across the entire company
- Maintains Hair Club brand guidelines and follows a fully updated style guide
- Creates graphic design for Corporate Departments
- Manages multiple creative projects effectively and efficiently while maintaining priorities, meeting deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
7. Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Pursuing marketing, graphic design, digital communications, or related
field degree)
• Spanish Bilingual preferred
• Previous experience in beauty brand preferred
• Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest,
Snapchat, and TikTok
• Thorough understanding and passion for digital and social creative world, best practices, trends & visual
storytelling across all traditional and emerging social platforms
